Rate of payment can be discussed via phone.
We are approved for evaluation and treatment through Early Intervention. Children 0-3 years of age are eligible for an evaluation through Early Intervention based on concern/need. Reimbursement for services may be provided through Early Intervention as well, if your child qualifies for the program.
